Delete your data
We only read data from the accounts you connect yourself, and only with read access. You can disconnect a source at any time, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it.
1. Disconnecting a data source
Log in and open Connect in your workspace, then click Disconnect on the source you want to remove. We revoke the access with the platform itself and stop fetching new data from that moment on. You can also revoke access directly in the settings of your Google, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok account.
Disconnecting stops the collection; it does not by itself erase what was already processed, because you would want that history back if you reconnect later.
2. Deleting the data of one source
On the same Connect page, every source that still holds data has a "Delete my data" button next to it. It removes everything that came from that one connection: the daily figures we fetched, the monthly figures calculated from them, and the working data of the analyses it fed. It stays available after you disconnect, so you can stop the collection first and decide about the history afterwards. You get a confirmation code, and we keep a record of the deletion.
Your recommendations are kept, because they are advice you may already have acted on and most of them draw on more than one source. Deleting your workspace removes those too.
3. Deleting your account and all of its data
Send a message to the address below from the email address your account was created with, using "Deletion request" as the subject, and name the workspace involved. We confirm receipt and delete everything within 30 days.
4. What gets deleted
- The connections and their access tokens.
- The metrics we fetched and the monthly figures calculated from them.
- The recommendations, your feedback on them and the synchronisation logs.
- The business profile and the workspace, and your user account if no other workspace remains.
Raw data from a connection is deleted right after processing in any case; only the summarised monthly figures are kept. Billing records are retained for as long as the law requires.
